Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating the smooth transition and management of IT services while ensuring compliance with service management standards.
* Reviewing and assessing Service Transition documentation submitted by project teams.
* Overseeing and coordinating IT aspects of the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process.
* Designing and maintaining business process flows using Microsoft Visio.
* Performing administrative tasks in Active Directory and Azure AD.
* Building dashboards, running queries, and creating insightful reports.
* Managing and resolving incidents and fulfilment requests through ServiceNow.
* Participating in and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Requirements include:
* Proven experience in IT operations or service management roles.
* Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow.
* Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure AD administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Visio.
* Experience with data reporting and dashboard creation.
* Understanding of IT service transition and user lifecycle processes.
Desirable skills:
* Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Experience in change enablement.
