Role Description
This role involves supervising daily operations and managing assigned projects while ensuring smooth workflows and quality standards are maintained. The Supervisor will oversee teams, coordinate tasks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet deadlines. This position is a part-time, on-site role located in Santo André, SP, requiring consistent communication and leadership of the team on location.
Qualifications
* Leadership and team management skills, along with the ability to oversee daily operations effectively.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to coordinate project timelines and ensure completion within deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
* Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain management, or production processes is highly preferred.
* Previous supervisory or project management experience is a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges promptly.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is essential; language skills in Mandarin are a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
