About the role
Are you dedicated to providing outstanding service and building strong, positive relationships with customers?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to join our vibrant team on a 1-year fixed term contract. In this key position, you will manage customer accounts, provide commercial support, and ensure smooth account administration in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
* Maintain professional, timely, and effective communication with our customers
* Take responsibility for all aspects of account administration, including handling account queries and providing commercial support
* Manage customer orders and requests in line with company procedures, and suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness
* Resolve service issues by clarifying customer complaints, investigating root causes, finding solutions, and escalating appropriately to your Lead, Supervisor, or Manager
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers through effective account management
* Keep your knowledge of products, customers, processes, and suppliers up-to-date
* Build strong working relationships with the supply chain and all departments, including the commercial team, and collaborate with your Supervisor or Manager to enhance customer service
* Support the collection of information to help implement improvements across the business
* Remain fully flexible to meet changing business needs
Qualifications and skills
* Third level qualification required
* Additional language skills (French, German, or Spanish) are a plus, but not essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to integrate and work effectively with others in a changing environment
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational, analytical, problem solving and administrative skills
* A team player
* A strong desire for continuous learning and a desire to grow professionally
