Ensuring you are responsible for yourself and/or team members who report into youDevelop a daily engineer route plan, optimising the contract's ability to provide customer service while effectively managing ongoing cost expectationsMonitor operations to effectively react and communicate necessary adjustments to the daily operating plan, working with field teams to ensure all work is covered and allocated efficientlyDevelop ongoing analysis/reports, which will ensure operating goals and objectives are being achievedManage the coordination of daily schedules and the overall daily routing plan.
