Our client is seeking an experienced
Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor
to join their life sciences (pharmaceutical) projects in Denmark. With a strong pipeline of work across Ireland and mainland Europe, this is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of complex and high-value projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) activities are executed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
* Endorsing and implementing all company HSES policies, procedures, rules, regulations, and certification requirements.
* Supporting availability of subordinates for required HSES training.
* Developing and implementing construction risk assessments, job safety analyses, and safe methods of working.
* Assisting with incident investigations, reporting, and certification audits.
* Supporting commercial and planning departments with E&I quotations and appraisals.
* Coordinating with the electrical and instrumentation engineering team for timely delivery of drawings as per the construction schedule.
* Allocating manpower resources and supervision in line with project requirements.
* Monitoring subcontractors' work to ensure alignment with construction schedules.
* Providing project progress reports to the E&I Manager.
* Ensuring compliance of all installation activities with applicable codes and regulations.
* Maintaining communication with client site representatives on all E&I works.
* Liaising with procurement and supply chain to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
* Coordinating E&I works with other construction disciplines.
* Attending project meetings as required by project management.
* Ensuring compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Security (HSES) responsibilities at all times.
What we are looking for:
* 3–5 years' relevant experience with an Engineering Degree.
* Proven
Medium Voltage (MV)
experience.
* Electrical & Instrumentation testing expertise.
* BIM experience (Navisworks, BIM360, Autodesk Docs).
* Knowledge of
ISO19650
standards.
* Valid Driving License.
* Willingness to travel.
* IPAF MEWP License.
