The Role
Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair on mechanical systems and equipment. Boilers, pumps, vessels etc
Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with office and share information across the organization
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
Skills & Experience
Boiler servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
Pump servicing, repair and fault-finding experience
Good knowledge of all aspects of mechanical systems
Experience of mechanical repairs in large scale commercial buildings
2+ years of experience working as a maintenance plumber within a commercial environment
Basic electrical understanding and experience
HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary
Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable
Salary & Annual leave
€32.00-€34.00 per hour
