Mechanical Site Manager - Frankfurt We are hiring a Mechanical Site Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical works across a large Data Centre Project in Frankfurt, Germany.
In this role, you will oversee day to day site activities, ensuring installations are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards while coordinating closely with project teams, subcontractors and clients.

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all mechanical installations on site As Mechanical Site Manager you will supervise subcontractors and ensure quality and programme delivery Drive health & safety compliance and site standards Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth project execution Oversee inspections, commissioning, and project handover Requirements: 5+ years experience in mechanical site management or similar Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and building services This Mechanical Site Manager will need experience on large-scale construction or data centre projects Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Benefits: Salary €75k - €85k DOE Travel Allowance Performance based annual bonus Rotation: Two week cycle with company paid flights Single occupancy housing plus utilities and bills covered If you are a Mechanical Site Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
