Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural design and delivery for a major large-scale development project in Limerick.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with design team members and external consultants
• Maintain a permanent on-site presence to oversee construction progress
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site management team
• Ensure design integrity and quality throughout all project phases
• Resolve design-related issues and technical queries
• Coordinate with other disciplines, including structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers
• Attend progress meetings and site meetings
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will have:
• Min 10 years' experience with strong technical and building experience in a range of sectors
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM
• Track record in delivering projects of scale
• Strong experience on site essential
• Strong understanding of Irish building regulations and planning systems
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Excellent organisational skills, the ability to plan and work to agreed timelines, a thorough, diligent approach to work and driven to see things through to completion
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements, and work within a fast-paced environment
• Conscientious and respectful in communications, with excellent collaborative skills
• Motivated to achieve best in class design, construction, and project execution
• The ability to think systematically and to interpret complex information is essential.
