Events and Brand Manager / Dublin West Our client is an exciting project focused company seeking an Events and Brand Manager expert. Drive awareness and engagement through strategically planned and executed events. As part of the role you will oversee the clear and consistent use of our brand and tone of voice identity, and evolving our brand identity as required. Excellent package. The Role: Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy that aligns with business and brand objectives Plan and manage a calendar of marquee events, launches, conferences, stakeholder forums and trade shows Develop event activations plans including branded material, signage and interactive content to drive cut through and increased numbers Maintain brand and tone of voice identity system and act as brand champion maintaining consistent brand visuals, ToV, messaging and collateral Manage brand and reputation tracking and use insight to inform the future direction of the brand Support the development of TTL campaigns that hero the brand and deliver key performance targets Manage key strategic partnership including charitable initiatives, developing campaigns that deliver key strategic targets. Monitor and assess partnership effectiveness and drive improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Regulatory and Finance Teams delivering integrated plans and activities that support business and brand targets Manage relationships and contracts with key Agency partners Manage and optimise events and brand budgets The Candidate: A qualification in Marketing or relevant discipline Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, with 3 years in an events or brand role Proven track record of successfully managing large scale events and strategic partnerships Strong understanding of CSR principles and community engagement Exceptional communication, presentation and storytelling skills Team player with ability to work collaboratively with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment Skills: Evens Management Brand Management Brand Research Brand Strategy Partnership Management see spec Benefits: Benefits
