Superb In-House Talent Acquisition Manager role with a financial services company in Dublin. As Talent Acquisition Manager, supported by the HR team, you will drive the full recruitment cycle and build out and improve new and existing processes. In addition to Talent, you will be involved in various operational aspects such as onboarding, supporting induction programmes for new staff, and working with compliance to support regulatory procedures. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the company's future direction.
Skills:
1. 3+ years experience in a recruitment firm or in-house recruitment
2. HR Degree or CIPD qualification
3. Experience working in financial services
4. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Oracle, Taleo, and performance management systems is a plus
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
