Contract Type:
Permanent, Full Time

Salary:
€32,000 – €38,000 per annum

Working Hours
Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm, with
one early finish per week
Saturdays on a rota basis (1 in 4): 8.00am – 1.30pm

are recruiting for a dedicated
Service Advisor
to join our Aftersales Team.

Joining our friendly aftersales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to the Aftersales Manager, who will support your ongoing development and help you build on your knowledge and experience alongside the wider team. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a strong and rewarding career within the automotive industry.

As a Service Advisor, you will benefit from continuous training opportunities through our in-house brand development programmes. This is a truly exciting opportunity with clear potential for career progression.

Responsibilities

* Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers
* Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts and accessories where appropriate
* Liaising with the full Aftersales department to organise and schedule appointments based on workload and call volumes
* Managing a high volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking enquiries
* Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring clear communication throughout the service process
* Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems when bookings are made

As a Service Advisor in our busy dealership, you will bring energy, a warm personality, and a genuine passion for delivering a first-class customer experience every time. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport easily, and confidence explaining technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Previous experience using
Kerridge / ADP
would be advantageous, as well as familiarity with other essential dealer systems.

You will be a strong team player who can also work independently using your own initiative. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in a similar role within the automotive industry and a genuine passion for customer service and cars.
