You'll support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring all areas are clean, equipment is maintained, and supplies are well-stocked, helping the kitchen run smoothly and safely.Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with food hygiene standards.Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required (e.g., peeling, chopping).Empty and clean bins, and handle waste disposal safely.Clean and maintain kitchen floors, work surfaces, and storage areas.Unload and organize deliveries of food and kitchen supplies.Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures.Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.Experience / Person SpecificationMust have full legal rights to work in the country.
