Job Title: Social Care Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Manager to join our team. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our residential care home.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Children's Home on a daily basis, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care to young people placed with us. You will work closely with your manager to contribute to the development of our service and implement plans to achieve positive outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
* To supervise the delivery of high-quality care services within the framework of company policies and procedures;
* To lead and support staff members in their roles, providing guidance and training as needed;
* To contribute to ongoing planning processes aimed at improving service delivery;
