Job Title: Behavioural Specialist
The role of Behavioural Specialist is a pivotal one in the delivery of effective, high quality, team based support to individuals with intellectual disability. The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of functional behavioural assessments and be able to develop appropriate interventions. They will work closely with other staff members to prepare for multi-disciplinary reviews and attend relevant meetings.

This individual must possess excellent communication skills and be able to work within the boundaries of confidentiality. A postgraduate qualification in behaviour analysis or equivalent is essential experience while being board certified as a behaviour analyst (BCBA) would be an advantage.
