Leading Cross-Functional Teams in Product Development Projects
We are seeking an experienced leader to manage cross-functional teams in product development projects. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for leading teams through the entire project life cycle, from inception to commercialization and post-launch support.
This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to drive innovation, new product development, and expansion into emerging markets. You will oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
In this position, you will create project work breakdown structures, integrated business plans, project charters/contracts, and other essential elements of best practice product development. You will also manage day-to-day team activities, track progress against plans, manage budgets, identify project risks, and provide mitigation plans.
This is a critical leadership role in advancing next-generation AI platforms and automated storage and dispensing solutions. We need someone who can leverage technical expertise, agile methodologies, and cross-functional team coordination to drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Apply extensive technical expertise and have full knowledge of cross-functional teams
* Develop technical and business process solutions to complex problems
* Execute milestone-based program planning for sustaining and product development projects
* Design and perform complex development working with functional and multifunctional teams within defined parameters

Bachelor's Degree Required: MBA or advanced business/technical/management degree preferred
12+ years of experience in successfully leading complex, multiyear new product development programs delivered through successful cross-functional teams
