Position: Dampdoctor Operations Technician

Due to an ever-growing demand for our unique services we are seeking talented technician to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a someone to broaden their knowledge and experience in a rapidly evolving and expanding specialist Damp and Mould space. Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years onsite experience.
Job Type: Full-time. South East, Dublin mainly, also nationwide coverage.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
* Previous experience at damp proofing works is an major advantage.
* Must be able to demonstrate competence in using coring machine along with other mechanically propelled equipment.
* At least 2-3 + years onsite construction experience.
* Must have full driving license.
* Good understanding and knowledge of buildings must be evident.
* English speaking.
* Good communication skills.
* Approachable and friendly communication manner.
* Efficient time management.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
Key Responsibilities
* Follow work schedule
* Liaise directly with surveyors and Administration Divisions for works requirements.
* Working as part of the team to optimise the workloads.
* Adhering to all company and site-specific welfare and safety requirements and regulations.
* Keep all information updated on company systems.
* Ability to manage works list.
* Ensure compliance with all current Health and Safety regulations.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by your Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Skills Required:
· Valid Safe Pass.
· Manual Handling (training can be provided).
· Excellent time keeping.
· Ability to multitask.
