Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Support Specialist to provide on-site technical support and services for our client's IT systems and equipment.
* Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, operating systems, software applications, and network components.
* Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by customers promptly and effectively to minimise downtime and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in computer hardware, software, networking, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements:
* Valid driver's licence (obligatory)
* Experience with server administration, virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V, and cloud platforms such as Azure is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely to non-technical users.
