Job Title: Finance Professional

Job Summary:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Professional to provide high-quality finance and administration support for our service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, processes, and procedures in an efficient and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

">
">
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments in compliance with organisational financial controls.
">
* Administer staff expense claims in accordance with public sector procedures and NAS policies, ensuring compliance with Revenue enhanced reporting requirements.
">
* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive financial reports for funders and the Board of Directors, delivered within agreed timelines.
">
* Contribute to the development of the annual budget in conjunction with the Corporate Services Team by providing analysis of costs and forecasting of expenditure required to deliver contracted services.
">
* Act as point of contact for the Corporate Services Manager and assist in the preparation of quarterly organisational management reports and financial accounts.
">
* Implement corrective actions identified through internal or external audits relating to Financial Controls & Reporting.
">
* Process monthly salary information and liaise with external providers (e.g payroll provider and pension provider).
">
* Prepare adjustments to payroll for outsourcing as per agreed deadlines.
">
* Assist with various audits and reviews throughout the year.
">
* Maintain Finance policies and procedures for review by the Corporate Services Manager in line with funder financial controls.
">
* Provide support to the Corporate Services Manager and National Manager as required.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
">
* Strong experience in finance and administration, preferably in a similar role.
">
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
">
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
">
* Knowledge of public sector procedures and NAS policies.
">
* Understanding of financial controls and regulatory requirements.
">
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
">
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
">
