We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to drive growth in the domestic heat pump market.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Ireland's green energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage directly with customers, installers, and trade professionals to promote our range of heat pump systems.
* Respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage sales follow-ups from initial contact through to project completion.
* Collaborate with the technical team to ensure optimal system design tailored to each property.
* Support the sale and integration of complementary products including smart controls, cylinders, and buffer tanks.
* Stay informed on market trends, including SEAI grant schemes and other renewable energy incentives.
* Represent the company at relevant events, exhibitions, and industry forums as needed.
Candidate Profile – Skills & Experience:
Essential:
* Proven track record in a sales role, ideally within heating, plumbing, HVAC, or renewable energy.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
* Self-driven with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal technical and customer service teams.
* Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel to client locations across Ireland.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of domestic heating systems, heat pump technologies, or smart home solutions.
* Understanding of SEAI energy grants or relevant regulatory schemes in Ireland.
* Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
