Job Title: Inventory Control Manager
About the Role
This is a challenging and rewarding leadership opportunity for an experienced Warehouse professional. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the warehouse team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience in leading teams and driving business results. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing stock levels, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless delivery of products.
* Manage and coordinate the activities of the warehouse team to meet business objectives.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
* Coordinate logistics, including receiving and shipping products, to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
* Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in inventory management, preferably with experience in a similar role.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
