Responsibilities
1. Be the technical expert on the ground with the customer team to increase confidence in the product capabilities & drive adoption.
2. Own the relationships with multiple stakeholders within the customer accounts (ranging from senior leadership to architects & partners) to drive adoption & unblock issues.
3. Communicate effectively to keep all stakeholders (internal Microsoft & customer) informed of progress, issues, blockers, successes, and impact to drive adoption & realize value.
4. Deeply understand the technical challenges, constraints, and blockers faced by customers and provide recommendations for solving these challenges by suggesting multiple solutions and workarounds, along with pros and cons for each approach, to enable successful deployment in production.
5. Influence product team owners to prioritize features blocking customer scenarios by sharing feedback, explaining customer context & importance, and leveraging senior leadership escalation as necessary.
6. Act as the bridge between engineering & customer teams, owning action items from engagements and driving them to completion with regular updates, clear ownership, and follow-up.
7. Identify success stories & opportunities within customer organizations to uncover the human side of adoption & celebrate successes.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field, with demonstrated experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development, or equivalent experience.
2. Advanced knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI concepts.
3. Hands-on experience with key Power Platform and Copilot Studio technologies:
* Microsoft Copilot Studio
* Power Platform governance, security, and administration
* Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management
* No-code, low-code, and pro-dev extensibility patterns
* Core conversational AI platform development and architecture
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives.
2. Strong project management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, capable of handling sensitive situations.
3. Comfortable with ambiguity, self-learning, and decision-making with minimal guidance.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
5. Team player committed to sharing and scaling knowledge through various formats.
6. Ability to meet security screening requirements and willingness to travel (25-50%).
