Job Title: Strategic HR Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing operational support to managers and contributing to the delivery of projects aligned to HR strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational support to managers and contribute to the delivery of projects aligned to HR strategic objectives.
• Develop effective working relationships with stakeholders and implement a variety of HR initiatives and action plans that positively influence the employee experience.
• Work closely with operational managers to deliver quality work and expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being.
• Collaborate with HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements:
• Third-level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years consecutive experience in a Senior HR Operational role.
• Experience working in a healthcare service within the public sector is essential.
• Previous ER/IR experience is also required.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law is necessary.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills are essential.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are also required.
