About the Client:

The Role:
Design and maintain scalable Python backend services and RESTful APIs while building responsive React‑based interfaces for complex document analytics and review workflows.
Develop and refine advanced prompt engineering solutions and RAG pipelines to extract, summarise, and compare intricate pharmaceutical contracts and healthcare compliance documents.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to build secure, production‑ready GenAI systems that automate the ingestion and analysis of medication documentation.
Requirements
Significant experience in core Python engineering with a proven track record of building robust backend APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimisation, specifically for structured data extraction and document processing.
Proven professional background working with healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical documentation, including contracts, enrollment forms, or prior authorisation materials.
Strong technical foundation in software engineering principles, including containerisation with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and version control using Git.
Good to Have
Hands‑on experience with modern frontend development using React and TypeScript to create intuitive user interfaces.
Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or DSPy, and knowledge of PHI/PII‑safe data handling.
Experience in speciality pharmacy operations, HUB services, or advanced RAG components and hallucination mitigation strategies.
