The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering high-quality actuarial reports, contributing to economic capital forecasting and assumption-setting, and developing advanced models and tools to support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the production and review of IFRS reserves, delivering to Group and for local financial statements under tight deadlines.
* Contribute to other actuarial functions including EBS, BSCR, capital forecasting, and sensitivity analysis.
* Develop and enhance actuarial models and tools to support IFRS and broader financial reporting.
* Lead or contribute to the assumption-setting process for reinsured life portfolios.
* Maintain and improve internal control frameworks and process documentation.
* Provide clear analysis and recommendations to senior management on financial drivers and business performance.
* Support and potentially manage more junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A qualified actuary with 5-10 years of experience in life insurance or reinsurance, proven experience in IFRS actuarial reporting, and strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex actuarial results to senior stakeholders.
