Responsibilities (Text Only)
Build highly scalable, secure, and reliable web services & platform for Azure.
Develop Key Management Service over cryptographic hardware.
Own the technical design, implementation, and quality assurance for features and engineering projects.
Collaborate with partner teams to deliver cohesive solutions for the Azure platform.
Work with team members to deliver features, provide technical mentorship, and improve engineering systems.
Enhance the high availability, resiliency, and scalability of the platform.
Create prototypes and drive architectural design decisions.
Qualifications (Text Only)
BSc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Software development experience with languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#.
Experience in developing RESTful applications and utilizing distributed databases.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience shipping services and maintaining highly available infrastructure, or a strong desire to learn.
Hands-on experience with C++ development on Linux.
Experience with secure communications, cryptographic algorithms, PKI, or key management technologies.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements. This includes passing the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
