Key Role:
The ideal candidate for this Branch Advisor position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide exceptional customer service on the banking hall floor.
* To guide customers to self-service options or direct them to Teller/Customer Service as needed.
* To engage with customers using iPads, updating their information and sales needs efficiently.
* To manage cash and cheque lodgements at Teller, ensuring accurate balancing of cash at the end of each day.
Necessary Qualifications:
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles, providing high-quality service consistently.
* Able to communicate effectively and maintain strong relationships within a team.
