Job Title: International Operations Specialist Must have experience in medical device industry The International Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Operations Manager with the efficient and effective operation of the warehouse and customer service areas.
The role will include fulfilling orders, checking loan kits, stock checks/counts, and managing the goods inward and goods outbound processes.
Responsibilities include customer services, accurate order entry, daily completion of invoicing and communication with internal and external business partners.
Reporting To: Operations Manager Hours per Week: 37.5 Location: Dublin Office - Dublin 15 Responsibilities: Processing orders from distribution partners Placing and receiving in orders from suppliers and vendors Processing of loan kit requests Picking items from the warehouse to fulfil orders Assembly of kits, Packing of kits, Inspection of incoming kits Despatch of kits to appropriate locations with correct documentation, including scheduling demonstration kit and demo kit maintenance.
Monitoring of back orders, stock control management and warehouse auditing Responding to and resolving queries Building business relationships with distribution partners Creating and disseminating reports to the leadership team Invoicing distributors, collaborating with Finance Team on credit control.
Ensure all duties completed are performed in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System and QAPs.
Provide day-to-day trouble shooting and be the 'go-to' person for the warehouse and customer service team in problem solving in relation to TriMed International.
Essential: Medical Device Industry; experience within the industry dealing with sterile and nonsterile implantable medical devices.
Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments.
Must be IT literate and efficient in an administrative environment.
They must have the ability to work on their own initiative, prioritizing and organising workload.
Problem solving skills and a great telephone manner are also vital to this role.
Demonstration of evidence of the following: Involvement in the continuous improvement of the departments processes, focusing on Quality, productivity and Customer Engagement Active involvement in team engagement Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work Proactive approach and ability to work independently and as part of a small but dynamic team.
Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload.
Flexibility - must be able to deal with different levels of workload, Good team player.
Equipment / software packages used: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, DEAR, Quickbooks, PowerBI Competencies: Decision Making/Judgement - Selects effective approaches to solving issues, based on available information and business objectives and escalates appropriately.
Relationship Builder - Builds and maintains relationships within the team and across the wider organisation.
Excellent communication skills.
Proactive - Has a pro-active and independent personality, ability to manage their own workload and prioritise appropriately.
Strong internal drive and motivation to make a difference and add value to an organisation.
