Research Scientist - Inhalation

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare complex samples for analysis.
* Conduct quantitative measurements of pharmaceutical compounds in various formations for stability testing and other studies.
* Review and compile analytical results.
* Perform work assignments accurately, timely and safely.
* Train on routine operation, maintenance and theory of analytical instrumentation, SOPs, and regulatory procedures and guidelines.
* Collaborate with multiple functional groups to meet business needs.
* Set up and maintain analytical instrumentation.
* Ensure QA findings are addressed appropriately.
* Communicate project status to project leaders.
* Analyse data for technical, quality and compliance to protocols, methods, SOPs, client criteria and GMP or GLP standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry or pharmaceutical science.
* At least 2 years' experience in a GMP laboratory, with expertise in HPLC, GC, MS, Dissolution testing, Karl Fischer, UV-vis, FT-IR and TOC.
* Experience in testing inhaled devices/products is highly desirable.
* Empower experience is also preferred.

* Ability to interpret data through trend analysis.
* Technical writing skills.
* Problem solving skills.
* Detailed knowledge of method validation; method development is an advantage.
