Job Description
The candidate must be an experience Sous Chef (Chinese and Japanese Cuisines) or similar capacity. The candidate will need to have at least 5 Years experience in similar capacity. The candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen operation together with the Head Chef, menu creation. meals preparation and cooking, stock controls and hygiene management. Knowledge on Chinese and Japanese cuisines will be advantageous. The candidate will be require to work on 39 hours a week at the business's premise located at 1st Floor, 99 Monkstown Road, Monkstown, IIreland A94 Y8D8.
