A globallaw firm with offices in Dublin 2 are seeking an Administrator at a junior level to join them and work in a collaborative team of PAs and Secretaries. This firm have offices in over 40 countries and have been busy growing their Irish team since 2019.
This is an ideal role for someone with 6-12 months in an administration role to make the leap into a large firm and work their way up the ladder
* This is a fully onsite role.

This person will join a team supporting all practice areas within the firm and get excellent training in Secretarial work within a global firm. The team work collaboratively so you will be supported at every level of your training and working life.
Responsibilities
* Filing of paperwork, documents and emails.
* Correspondence through email, phone, fax and managing couriers and collections.
* Assisting with team events and meeting arrangements including booking of meeting rooms, catering, restaurants.
* Processing expenses, invoices and associated documentation.
* Management of day to day office administration including stationary management, answering calls in a professional manner and keeping databases up to date.
* Covering Reception - using the meeting room booking system, managing diaries, interacting with visitors.
