As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Project Manager to play a critical role in shaping how they scale and deliver on their mission.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll shape processes, manage transformation, and enable the business to scale effectively.
You will lead cross-functional technical projects spanning process improvement across all internal business operations, e.g. Data Integration & Analytics, Website Development & Digital Transformation, Salesforce CRM enhancements etc
Work directly with senior leadership and make a visible impact on company strategy
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Reporting to the Head of PMO, you will:
* Lead end-to-end project management across multiple strategic initiatives
* Build and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and risks
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and stakeholders
* Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and reviews to keep delivery on track
* Ensure smooth transition from projects to Business as Usual (BAU), establishing robust SOPs and processes including mapping and documenting business processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives
* Provide clear, concise communication and status updates to senior leadership
We're looking for someone with a strong foundation in software implementation, business process analysis, project delivery, and change management who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Requirements:
* Degree (3rd Level)
* Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
* Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred)
* 5+ years in Project Management, Software Integration / Implementation & Process Improvement
* Proven track record in creating/maintaining project plans and managing risks, dependencies, and resources
* Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
* Past experience implementing or improving project processes and governance
* Exposure to start-up/scale-up environments (advantageous)
Technical Skills:
* MS Office Suite, MS Project, and MS Visio
* Strong presentation and communication skills
