About This Role
Job Summary:
* This is a senior project management position that oversees the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of various projects.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in managing IT projects using best practices and adhering to established Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) policies.
* Gathering requirements through interviews and workshops, documenting current and future state models, creating use cases and test scenarios, are all essential skills for this role.
* The successful candidate must be able to proactively manage issues, risks, and organizational change to ensure on-time project delivery.
* Ensuring adherence to IT processes, procedures, and standards is also a critical aspect of this position.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to deliver mission-critical projects in a regulated environment is another key responsibility.
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related Science field is required.
* At least five years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is necessary.
* The ideal candidate will have experience in rolling out Werum Pas-X and associated Master Batch Record development.
* A proven track record of leading small-to-mid-sized teams is essential.
* Effective project management and facilitation skills with the ability to lead project teams through complex requirements sessions and create business requirements documents are crucial.
* Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability in managing application implementations in a GMP environment is also beneficial.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical capabilities are necessary.
* Autonomy in the management of meetings is also a requirement.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
