Barden are delighted to support an Irish owned business seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its Finance team on an 18-month contract role.
This role will support strategic decision-making by providing high-quality financial analysis, insights, and business partnering across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Present monthly financial results and insights to the Management Team
Partner with business leaders on KPI tracking and variance analysis
Monitor expenditure against budgets and regulatory allowances
Develop and maintain financial models to support analysis and reporting
Support quarterly financial performance reviews with senior leadership
Lead the annual business planning process for a key directorate
Participate in internal and external audits
Build strong relationships across the organisation and mentor junior finance team members
Skills & Experience
Qualified Accountant with circa. 5 years PQE
Advanced Excel skills and strong PowerPoint/Word capability
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate insights clearly
Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
