Candidate must have experience in a similar role
Ability to lead a team
Provide strong support to the Head Chef
Provide training to chefs
Assist with compiling of menus
Strong in HACCP, Health & Safety
Flexible in working hours
Promote and ensure a productive team atmosphere
Knowledge of kitchen day to day operations
To be able to take full control of the kitchen & the team in the absence of Head Chef
To have a positive attitude and outlook
Oversee the smooth operation of ordering and deliveries
Be aware of cost control and wastage
