Who you are
* 2+ years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment preferably a financial services institution or similar SaaS solution
* Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software), social networking (LinkedIn) and telephone systems
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Excellent level of (the local language)* and good knowledge of English
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* A positive approach to objection handling
* Good organizational skills and attention to detail
What the job involves
* On-site Representatives are responsible for promoting company's services remotely while providing merchants with the necessary support to ensure business continuity and optimal service usage
* Promote company's services through remote interactions
* Assist merchants with verification and activation processes
* Monitor and analyze portfolio performance
* Provide remote support and consultation for existing customers
* Perform scheduled and self-initiated activities
* Ensure new merchants in the assigned portfolio complete registration
* Enter and maintain up to date client information into the company's database and keep records with relevant data
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies
* Support existing merchants in maintaining active usage
* Escalate issues by opening cases for problems beyond their resolution scope
* Present product features and benefits to clients in a compelling manner
