Maintain, Repair & Optimize Production Print Devices:Perform maintenance and repairs on Inkjet/Toner production printers, ensuring all devices run smoothly.Stay up-to-date on software updates and technical bulletins, keeping devices at peak performance.Calibrate and profile printers for colour accuracy, optimizing output quality.2. Provide Expert Technical Support:Support the team by taking ownership of technical problems and escalations.Act as liaison between technical specialists and local service team.Assist service manager in overseeing hardware/software upgrades and complex technical issues.3. Work on Major Installations and Projects:Contribute to/lead large installations, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure success.Ensure all work is executed to high standards, meeting customer expectations.4. Proactive Customer Engagement:Demonstrate exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and offering proactive support.Provide training to customers on product usage, maintenance, and advanced applications.5.
