Radisson Blu St. Helen’s Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Blackrock, Dublin A94V6W3, is looking for Restaurant Manager full-time position with 40 hours/per week.

The Role will Include

· Maximise guest satisfaction and profitability by managing the food and beverage outlet, its staff, and execute food and beverage marketing and sales strategies.

· Managing all activities of the outlet, achieving revenue goals by executing marketing and sales strategies as established in the business plan.

· Assisting in the implementation of sales promotions and to take action to increase sales.

· Greets and seats guests ensuring that they receive prompt, courteous and efficient service. Manages all service staff and supervisors, utilising leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.

· Monitors overall service, interaction with other departments, and team work daily, and takes action to improve.
