Job Title: In-house Legal Counsel/compliance
Legal professionals with a keen eye for compliance and contract law are sought after to join our organization. We are looking for qualified solicitors or barristers who possess 3-5 years PQE in a legal role, preferably with experience in both jurisdictions, Ireland and the UK.
We require candidates who can support the Director of Legal & Compliance in developing schedules of responsibilities to ensure internal and external corporate governance is compliant. This includes auditing the compliance monitoring system to guarantee adherence.
Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with international colleagues on managing compliance tasks, draft, review, advise on, and administer contracts as well as create sample contracts for various contractual scenarios. Additionally they should coordinate interdepartmental contract administration which involves recording contracts within our database.
Required Skills And Qualifications:

* 3-5 years PQE In A Legal Role (In-House Commercial Experience Preferential)
* Possess Experience In Both Jurisdictions - Ireland And The Uk
