Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of four sales professionals to deliver strong results across both print and digital channels. Set clear sales goals, monitor performance, and drive accountability within the team. Host regular meetings to review progress, share insights, and keep the team motivated. Manage your own client portfolio, consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets. Strengthen existing customer relationships while proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. Design and sell tailored advertising packages that integrate print, online, and social media offerings. Prepare proposals and deliver compelling pitches to clients and partners. Contribute to achieving overall revenue objectives and ensuring the publication meets circulation and sales targets. Skills & Experience Required Minimum of three years experience in sales, ideally within media, publishing, or advertising. Strong understanding of both traditional print and digital advertising, with a confident, tech-savvy approach. Proven experience leading or mentoring a sales team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working to ambitious targets.
