Overview
The Corporate Finance Manager will deliver high-quality advisory services across M&A, valuations, fundraising, and strategic projects. The role sits within a Big 4–style environment and involves managing engagements, leading teams, and advising Irish and international clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end M&A, valuation, due diligence, and capital raising engagements.
2. Act as primary day-to-day client contact.
3. Review financial models, valuations, and transaction materials.
4. Deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
5. Manage budgets, timelines, and billings.
6. Ensure compliance with quality, risk, and regulatory standards.
7. Support Partners/Directors with pitches and business development.
People Leadership
8. Manage and develop Analysts and Senior Analysts.
9. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance input.
Skills & Experience
10. 5–8+ years' Corporate Finance / M&A experience, ideally Big 4 or similar.
11. ACA / ACCA / CFA (or equivalent) preferred.
12. Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
13. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
14. Strong understanding of the Irish market.
