We are currently recruiting for a Tech Support Specialist to work at our Leixlip location.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the following:

* Evaluating and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues to identify and implement solutions.

* Performing manual repairs when necessary and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
">
* Installing and moving equipment as required, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest standards.
">
* Receiving goods, checking stock levels, counting and organizing inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
">
* Picking and packing customer orders on time and maintaining high-quality service standards.
">
* Delivering items to points of use and performing regular stock checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
">
* Working closely with computerized systems to manage project deliverables and tasks within specified timeframes.
">
">
This role requires a strong technical ability, excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience using software systems such as SAP, Microsoft Projects, Teamwork, etc., and possess good interpersonal skills to deliver high-level customer service.

You will also need to be flexible and able to take on additional duties as required, while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
