Job Overview

* Lead the production team to achieve key business objectives of product quality, order fulfilment and labour efficiency
* Maintain high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Housekeeping Practice
* Monitor and control operational costs
* Ensure safe working practices and conduct of the team, contractors and visitors
Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within the food manufacturing industry. Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills are required.
