Job Title: SAP Transformation Specialist
About the Job:
A highly skilled and experienced SAP Transformation Specialist is sought after to join our Human Capital team. The successful candidate will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Designing SAP Success Factors solutions for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
* Leading multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity in collaboration with Program Leadership.
* Translating functional and technical requirements into sustainable SAP Success Factors solutions.
* Providing expert insight into the SAP Success Factors platform, associated enterprise technologies, and roadmap.
* Developing strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
* Preparing high-quality deliverables such as documents and presentations to present client recommendations.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
* Experience in applying design thinking, user experience, and customer-centric design.
* Proven experience working on end-to-end service delivery implementations.
* Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle and understanding of development practices.
* Knowledge of integrating SAP Success Factors modules into an HRIT landscape.
* SAP Success Factors certification in modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc would be advantageous, but not necessary.
* Project Management / Scrum certification would be advantageous, but not necessary.
