The Position
As a Maintenance Technician at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Performing operational calibration of equipment, including temperature, pressure, humidity, and dimensional, particularly in production areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ensuring all instrumentation and measurement systems across the facility are properly calibrated, maintained, and functioning within specified tolerances.
* Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the above mentioned instrumentation.
* Management of external vendors and associated calibration processes.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
* Time Served as Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation Technician 2 to 5 years
* Experience in calibration and instrumentation, in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment an advantage.
* Strong understanding of calibration standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) and regulatory compliance.
* Proficient with calibration tools and equipment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in dealing with internal and external inspections.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to articulate on, and document instrumentation issues to support investigations.
* Flexibility with working hours, fostering team collaboration and seeking help when needed.
