Role Description:
As we are constantly expanding with over 22 stores nationwide, we're looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Online Furniture Sales Executive to join our expanding e-commerce team and help drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and support our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Online Sales: Actively engage with online leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
2. Upsell & Add-On Opportunities: Maximize revenue by offering relevant add-on products and solutions during customer interactions, particularly during phone calls or online chats.
3. Market Research: Explore new business opportunities, customer segments, research our competitors and emerging trends/products to create strategic proposals and campaigns to improve the business.
4. Sales Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer behavior and feedback, and conversion metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategies.
5. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and administrative support, handle inquiries, process orders, maintain records, and support internal teams.
6. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or webchat.
7. Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate department.
8. Logistics: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
9. Product Knowledge: Maintain high product/service knowledge to provide accurate information.
The Person:
1. Must be enthusiastic with a talent for selling and a strong customer focus.
2. Resilient and optimistic, capable of converting cold calls into sales.

4. Aspirations to develop and progress within an expanding company.
5. Achieve weekly sales targets via our website and customer interactions by phone, email, and webchat.

8. Passionate about developing sales channels, formulating promotions, and identifying missing products to meet goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. At least two years of sales experience.
2. Strong understanding of selling in a digital environment.
3. History of continuous improvement in similar roles.
4. Furniture experience is a benefit but not essential.
5. Proven achievement of sales targets.
6. Strong IT skills and excellent telephone manner.
7. Team player with excellent communication skills.
8. Self-motivated, hardworking, conscientious, and motivational.
9. Experience leading a team or supervisory experience in web sales is desirable but not essential.
