Financial Control Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Financial Control Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on delivering financial excellence throughout the organization.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract opportunity for a Senior Payments Analyst to work closely with our EMEA team and deliver high-quality financial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of accurate and reliable financial ledgers and accounting processes.
* Preparation and review of financial reports, including monthly consolidated P&Ls and balance sheets.
* Effective liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
* Cash management and treasury duties, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance control environment and risk management.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; minimum 2 years' experience in financial control.
* Proven expertise in SAP ERP system and ability to map process improvements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work at all levels of the organization.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Audit and compliance knowledge, with ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
* Prior experience with project management and stakeholder coordination.
