Doran Estates is a growing estate agency managing a substantial residential and commercial portfolio across Dublin and surrounding counties.
We are now seeking a Property Maintenance & Compliance Coordinator to support our expanding property management team.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Dublin office, with scheduled property inspections as required (mileage reimbursed).
The Role You will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance coordination across a varied portfolio, ensuring works are managed efficiently and properties remain compliant with Irish rental standards.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate maintenance issues from report through to completion Liaise daily with landlords, tenants and contractors Arrange and carry out property inspections Ensure compliance with RTB requirements and Housing Standards regulations Obtain contractor quotations and agree works with landlords Monitor timelines and quality of completed works Maintain accurate records using Letman and Fixflo Provide clear updates and practical solutions to clients Experience & Requirements Previous experience in property maintenance, lettings or property management support Understanding of Irish rental housing standards (or willingness to learn) Strong organisational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle Professional, practical and solutions-focused approach What We Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Mileage allowance Company mobile phone Supportive team environment Opportunity to progress within property management Skills: Problem Solving Communication Enthusiastic Benefits: salary, milage and mobile phone.
