Executive Culinary Leader
We are seeking an accomplished culinary expert to oversee the delivery of exceptional food experiences, ranging from day-to-day service to high-end banqueting and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of skilled professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations, including stock management, supplier relations, and equipment maintenance
* Develop innovative, high-quality menus that champion local, seasonal, and sustainable produce, enhancing the dining experience for our guests
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on strategic objectives, client expectations, and performance targets
* Host and manage corporate, hospitality, and special events, ensuring flawless execution and memorable experiences
* Recruit, train, roster, and develop team members to maximize productivity and performance, driving excellence in the culinary department
The Ideal Candidate:
* At least 5 years of experience as a senior culinary leader or head chef
* Proven leadership, delegation, and communication skills, inspiring and motivating team members
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
