Work Flexibility: Onsite12 month FTCWhat you will do:The successful candidate will work within the chemistry team, under direct supervision, with responsibility to carry out duties under effective and efficient chemistry & laboratory practices, which includes, but not limited to the following:Complete sampling / testing of raw materials, intermediate and finished productsTesting includes physical and chemical testingComplete routine verification activitiesProvide business support, as applicableUnderstands role and the importance of meeting the requirements of the LaboratoryUnderstands the business requirements and potential implications owning to any failures to deliver products and services within the agreed timeframe / standard to Production and support functionsComplete ordering and control of consumables and testing chemicalsComplete documentation review / storage - verification and GMP checks on all raw data / logbooks / recordsFiling and archiving of records and sample retainsExecute Laboratory Equipment Qualifications and Test Method ValidationsOwn "out of specification" investigations and perform relevant testingProgress updates through the QMSDrive identified cost savingsProvide recommendations to support the business, continuous improvements in test methodologies / laboratory systemsWhat you will need:Bachelor degree/ Masters of Microbiology or equivalentExperience in a Quality environment desirable1 years Chemistry/Microbiology related experienceExperience in interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.) requiredMust possess strong communication, project management and influencing skills as well as have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong written and oral communication and negotiations skillsStrong in critical thinking and "outside the box" thinkingHighly developed problem solving skillsStrong analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to successfully manage and complete projects in a matrix organizationDemonstrated ability to work independentlyExperience in working in a compliance risk situationHigh proficiency in statistical techniques, data review and analysisHigh level of PC skills. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint packagesSome travel may be requiredIJTravel Percentage: None
