About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and ambitious insurance defence solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling complex insurance claims and defending clients against personal injury and professional indemnity cases.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will have a proven track record in general defence work, with experience in acting for insurers on liability/personal injuries defence matters.
1. You should be able to assist senior staff members on more complex/high value cases, providing strong legal advice to clients and identifying areas of potential financial risk.
